Customer Services Assistant
To be the primary point of contact between Llandarcy Park (LP) and its customers dealing efficiently with customer enquiries and providing an exceptional and responsive service.
Salary: Subject to National Minimum Wage.
Hours of Work: 30 hours per week (including early mornings, evenings and weekends).
Contract: Part time, Permanent.
Location: Initially based at Llandarcy Park Limited, Llandarcy.
Qualifications: Ideally you should possess a level 2 qualification in Customer Service and/or relevant equivalent experience, a level 2 qualification in English and Maths (GCSE or equivalent). Experience of working within a leisure environment would be advantageous.
