The new 'Llandarcy Gym' is now open - a brand new world class gym. Featuring the latest in fitness and training technology and fully integrated training zones with state of the art lighting, audio and visual.
Incorporating the latest equipment and technology from Technogym the innovative gym houses a selection of state-of-the-art gym equipment for cardio training, strength training, functional training and group activities. Our aim is to provide and extensive range of products and solutions to help our current and new members achieve their sporting and wellbeing goals. Whatever your personal health and fitness ambitions our new gym will help you achieve this and more!
This new world class facility features integrated training zones with state of the art lighting, audio and visual. Sophisticated mood lighting evolves so our members experience of training in the gym will change throughout the day.
New Training Zones will help our members focus on their personal training goals. Dedicated training areas for specific exercises will include a new low-impact zone perfect for warming up or down or low impact exercises.
New members and existing members are supported through our new digital programme support system that will help track your activity both inside and outside of the gym. It will provide up to date information on your progress – it will even be able to integrate your existing apps to ensure you have all your information at the tips of your fingers to keep track and motivate you through your wellbeing journey.
All your favourite up to date equipment will be included in our new gym from exercise machines to free weights. We are creating a modern health and fitness environment where our members are guaranteed to be spoilt for choice.
